Just in case you think we're sitting around....nope!!

This I just couldn't resist posting...the combination of Kaitlyn doing her thing...and Landon's running commentary are just too much!! Trampoline's are truly the best investment ever...who knew...you can even make movies on them!!

Beautiful Harmony for Beautiful girls:)

Oh my...here is something I have needed to post for a LOOONG TIME...A very special friend of ours who will remain nameless (Mr. Mullins) sent a very special valentine Brittni and Kaitlyn's way this year...he tried really hard to send it to the school but they emphatically assured me it was FAR too disruptful...so second best was at home...and we had to capture it to share with said special friend!! Thanks again...I love how Brittni just beams and cherishes the moment and Kaitlyn pretty much wilts...heheh...enjoy!!

Teacher Michelle's Wedding

Well...these pics showed up in reverse so go to the bottom of this post and I'll tell you a story:)

And then beautiful gifts were shared with many loving hands to hang in a special place in her new home with the MAILMAN (that part is true):!!

The beautiful bride got a great big smackaroo from the mailman in his mailman JACKET!!

And then....there came a handsome groom....THE MAILMAN!! And his lips were ready for action!!

She loved the simple things in life like the heart decorations her "kids" had made for her to prepare for the wedding!!

Once upon a time there was a lovely teacher named Michelle....she was a beautiful bride in TOILET PAPER?

Off to the chilly north to meet baby Charlie!!

I feel like such a lucky Auntie...I was able to head out to meet the new addition to Kevin and Jennifer's little family this last week...it was SOOOO worth braving the Alberta cold for...all the snuggles I got from all 4 of our "kids" kept me soooo very warm on the inside!!

Here is mom doing what she does best...spoiling the kids!!

The one who had changed the most was our little Beau...what a sweet boy who always has a smile on his face...I do believe he is ALL boy though and will have many bumps and bruises to prove this point!!
And here is one of my best memory moments...doing foot prints of Charlie's foot. Jennifer and I almost couldn't contain ourselves as he slept as peacefully as possible!! And THEN....we brought out the goo to do a foot casing...a 5 -minute stretch neither of us will quickly forget...:)

Big brother Sam...giving Auntie Yan his cheesy smile...I did have fun with this little man...we had many snuggles and lots of playtime...thanks for sharing him Kevin and Jen!!

And ANNOUNCING....the very handsome Charlie Jordan!! What a sweet, contented baby he is...he will change so much by next summer...but this auntie stocked up on lots of snuggles in the meantime!!

The second half of our beach time!!

Landon strolling along on his merry way to somewhere...most of the time it was typical Oregon Coast weather...but we had a few beautiful days where we even braved shirtsleeves...although if you note...the hats stayed intact!!

Here is Conner Mosman enjoying the sun and waves as they dug out the trenches together...determined to help that stream make it to the ocean:)

Kaitlyn was doing her part as well...she even shed her hat!!

Yes...this really is beach foam...the kids had a blast knocking it around and watching it roll down the beach like tumbleweeds!!

Time at the Beach!!

Well...we finally had a break in the weather here at the beach so down to the sand we went...and the FOAM was amazing!! I had no idea how much foam rough water can create!! It was high tide so we couldn't go down the beach but the kids had fun flinging the foam anyway!!
Here is Grandpa gazing out at the waves...of which there were PLENTY!!

See how small this space is? Yup...it is a CLOSET!! Landon was going to sleep downstairs with the girls...but with lots of WII going on it was hard to find some quiet time...so he decided that a "mouse house" was just wanted he wanted. Totally cracks us up...we'll put him to bed with the doors open (of course) and go back to check on him and sure enough...almost every time has the closet door closed on himself...he says he is dreaming about eating cheese...go figure!! Apparently no fear of small dark spaces going on here!!

Yup...these little grape nuggets are ICE!! It is amazing to see how much these big ole trees can hold!! The sounds of cracking trees is everywhere...but so far none have been in our yard!! YES....these branches really are touching the ground...the elasticity is amazing!! But...some have not been so fortunate...not a good day to be a tree!!
We have decided these are the COOLEST icicles...they aren't hurting anything so have been voted our favorite...it is a little harder to love the ones on the trees that are doing so much damage!! Brittni is still scheduled for a choir concert this afternoon and evening...so we'll see how that develops...at the moment there are VERY few cars on the roads...and only ones with chains are even giving it a try!!
